Terms and conditions that apply to the use of Data2Paper

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Data2Paper website, account system, research report generation service, paid plans, credit packages, downloadable deliverables, and related support services.
Data2Paper is a digital online service. Users can upload CSV, XLSX, or XLS files, provide a research topic, and receive asynchronously generated research reports and related digital output files.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration and billing information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and may not share your account unless your plan expressly allows it.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subscription plans are billed on the interval shown at checkout, typically monthly or yearly. Unless canceled before the next billing cycle begins, subscriptions renew automatically.
You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel renewal through your account billing page or the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, service generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase for the feature scope described on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Lifetime access does not mean unlimited rights to all future features, third-party services, or unpromised resources.
We may also offer one-time credit packages. Credits are digital service units that can be used to unlock reports or perform designated actions within the service. Unless otherwise stated on the purchase page, purchased credits are generally not refundable merely because they are not used immediately; promotional or gifted credits may be subject to additional conditions.
Prices, currency, and billing interval are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the fees, applicable taxes, and payment-related amounts associated with the plan or package you select.
Data2Paper provides digital services and digital content, not physical goods. Report generation is typically asynchronous after submission and may be delivered through online previews and downloadable files.
Delivery timing depends on file size, task complexity, system load, third-party availability, and other technical factors. We do not guarantee a fixed completion time or that every output will fully match your expectations.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use reasonable efforts to operate the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absence of delays, or fitness for any specific research, academic, business, compliance, or publication purpose.
Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, improperly formatted, or unsuitable for your particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, submitting, or distributing them.
Data2Paper is not legal, financial, medical, academic publication, or other professional advice.
Except for your uploaded content and third-party materials owned by others, the Data2Paper website, interface, branding, code, design, workflows, and related service intellectual property belong to us or our licensors.
Subject to these Terms and any required payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service and the deliverables you are authorized to access.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created payment risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed the rights of others, or created legal or security risk for the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel charges already incurred or payment obligations already in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and becomes effective on the date shown on the page. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
